Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Terms of Service ("ToS") between you ("Customer" or "you") and Pofii ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to our Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting services ("Hosting Services") and is designed to ensure the fair and optimal use of our unlimited resources, including but not limited to RAM, IO, and Bandwidth ("Unlimited Resources").

General Guidelines

1.1 Pofii provides unlimited resources by maintaining an optimal number of customers on each server, ensuring that each customer gets a substantial share of the resources. This is achieved by using an AI-based allocator to manage resources dynamically. 

1.2 By using our Services, you agree to use these Unlimited Resources fairly, ensuring that your activities do not adversely impact the performance of websites, servers, or resources for other customers. 

1.3 We guarantee that our Unlimited RAM, I/O, bandwidth and NVMe storage will always appear unlimited to you, as it's always more than your website will ever need.

Allocation of Resources

2.1 Our AI-based allocator distributes server resources based on real-time needs, ensuring optimal performance for all hosted websites. 2.2 While the allocator is designed to be robust, there are limits to the Unlimited Resources, and no single website should disproportionately utilize server resources to the detriment of others.

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in activities that consume excessive server resources for extended periods, including but not limited to:

3.1 Use of bots or automated scripts without proper rate-limiting

3.2 Hosting content or scripts that cause security vulnerabilities or introduce malware

Throttling and Remediation

4.1 In the event that a website uses disproportionate server resources due to unoptimization, malware, or attacks, Pofii reserves the right to throttle the resource usage of that website temporarily.

4.2 Websites that are throttled will remain so until the root issues have been identified and resolved. During this time, your website may experience reduced performance or accessibility.

Reporting and Monitoring

5.1 Pofii actively monitors server resource usage. If irregular activities are detected, a warning will be issued, and if necessary, remedial actions will be taken.

Violation of Policy

6.1 Failure to adhere to this Fair Use Policy may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination of your Services, at the sole discretion of Pofii.

Changes to Policy

7.1 Pofii reserves the right to revise, change, or update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
